**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in the North Georgia and Tennessee area. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including Senior Living Communities, Assisted & Memory Care, Independent Living and patient private homes.

Initially this is a PRN position with potential to develop into full time. We offer a flexible work schedule with opportunity for growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests

- Develop and implement treatment plans

- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their caregivers

- Maintain accurate and timely completion of medical records following HIPAA guidelines

**Qualifications:**

- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing

- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia and/or Tennessee

- Experience working in Senior Living Communities, patient private homes or primary care settings preferred

- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
